Sunday was beef fajitas
Monday is pork roast, scalloped potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, veggies
Tuesday - Polynesian Beef Skewers
Wednesday - Soy garlic chicken
Thursday - Sweet and Spicy Grilled Pork chops
Friday - take out? We'll see then!
